MAIN CABIN

/// We completely renovated the front cabin. Here are some photos of the process - starting with the final results!

Lining with fabric

After ripping out the old materials, we had to measure the cabin precisely, calculate the necessary material and prepare a cutting sheet for the leatherette to be used for the cabin lining.

As expected, the job was complicated and required paper mockups to be used first.

ORIGINAL AND STRIPPING

Removing all prior materials was easy - the lining is glued against the hull and ceiling with contact adhesive (of a certain age).

The two side shelving units are screwed to the main stringer along the two sides of the hull.
